250 Voices to Reimagine America’s Founding Promises
Declarations of Interdependence is a documentary history that reenvisions the Declaration of Independence (1776–2026) in light of its 250th anniversary. Its purpose is to shine a light on primary sources, including landmark legal, political, and cultural ideas from historically significant voices, from well-known figures to marginalized influencers. By elevating these perspectives, this book aims to help current and future generations reimagine America in light of 250 years of struggle for liberation, particularly for vulnerable populations, honoring their inherent worth and dignity, and affirming their inalienable rights.
This project is done in collaboration with the 1791 Delegates and the AI Ethics Lab at Rutgers University.
