Dr. Nathan C. Walker presented a guest lecture on “Smart to Wise Cities” for the undergraduate course, Generative AI for Social Science, taught by Assistant Professor Junghwan Kim. The public lecture was part of the Smart Cities for Good program at Virginia Tech. The course explored the potential applications of emerging generative AI tools across academic disciplines, including geography, urban studies, sociology, and political science.
