Wandys M. Aquino is a senior at Rutgers University, Camden, majoring in Computer Science with a Cybersecurity certificate and minoring in Spanish. In the Fall of 2025, he joined the Honors seminar on AI & Vulnerable Humans, where Wandys is focusing on how AI can affect minorities, including racial & ethnic groups, older adults, and religious groups. Through this project, he has had the opportunity to research and gain insight into how AI can affect some of the most vulnerable populations, both positively and negatively. He plans to become an IT professional who can guide users of all ages and backgrounds on adapting to technological changes and preventing security flaws in the emerging digital world, while also providing technical support in two languages to ensure a large, diverse number of people are set up and tech-ready.
