Ambassador Kah Featured at the World Data Organization

Ambassador Muhammadou M.O. Kah, Visiting Scholar at the AI Ethics Lab, chair of the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development, and vice chair of the UN Data Governance Working Group, was featured at the inaugural assembly at the World Data Organization.

The World Data Organization, headquartered in Beijing, China, is the first professional international organization focused on advancing data development and governance practices. It includes 200 members from over 40 countries worldwide

“Data can drive innovation, strengthen policy making, and accelerate scientific progress, but only if access is equitable and capacity is built, where it is needed most,” said Ambassador Kah.
