Dr. Jana Brown is a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) who integrates business strategy, digital innovation, and human performance. With experience in sales, workforce, and organizational enablement, and backed by doctoral research on HR’s role in digital transformation, she helps leaders and teams excel in times of transformation.
Janeen Uzzell serves as the CEO of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), where she leverages her experience as a trisector leader in technology, business, and social justice to advance the number of culturally responsible Black engineers. A globally recognized voice in STEM and a newly elected member of the National Academy of Engineering, Uzzell drives strategic initiatives to increase representation and inclusion across innovative fields and is dedicated to shaping policy and creating opportunities that advance equitable talent development in tech and engineering.
